For the most part he is just here to have a good time, make a little money, and entertain the fans alongside his long time tag partner Press.
Character Biography: Jason Stephens grew up in a subdivision of Raleigh, North Carolina, where he had an average childhood. His parent's weren't rich, but they were upper middle class, and he and his older brother never went without. As Jason came up in high school, he excelled at athletics, specifically wrestling and football. He was a two time state champion in his wrestling division, and a competent wide receiver on the grid iron. Everything was shaping up for a scholarship at one of the nearby Universities, but a tragic knee injury in his Junior year stole those dreams.
Jason was always jovial and happy, usually the life of the party, and always willing to have a good time. After his injury he fell into a depression, all of his young life's goals put in question. While still in the hospital he met a Professional Wrestler by the name of Crazy Jay who worked for TCWF, a national promotion. He told the kid that he was recruiting for the promotion, and that he thought he would be a great talent if he could survive the grueling training process. Jason, who couldn't depend on his grades to help see him to college, decided that this might be his only opportunity to make something of himself. So much to the chagrin of his parents, Jason dropped out of high school, and moved to Florida to attend Doug Newenski's gym for pro wrestling.
His gifted athletic background allowed him to pick up the craft quickly, and in a short six months he was already being called up to the main roster on TCWF. His youth and fiery spirit lead to the promoter giving him the moniker, Flaming Youth. His singles run wasn't as successful as they had hoped, most of the fans unsure how to respond to the upbeat star. Finally, at the request of Crazy Jay, the promoter introduced Jason to another struggling singles competitor who was his exact opposite. Press was older and more experienced in the ways of the world, and quickly took the leadership role of the friendship. After realizing that they had a lot in common and could make the partnership work, they reinvented themselves as a tag team, and The BombTrax were born.
They dominated many tag divisions in many different companies, but in 2000 the team took a tough hit thanks to the efforts of their employer at the time, "Mr. Fantastic" Johnny Storm. For several years they fell off the face of the earth, only being seen here and there, but when they finally made their return to the squared circle in 2004, they were a well rounded, polished tag team. They made a huge grab for success in SIN Wrestling, and remained dominant until disappearing once again in 2005 to the independent circuits.
Although more mature and polished in the ring, Jason still brings a certain amount of youthful zeal to his persona and character. He is confident, which borders on flamboyant, and everything he does in the ring centers around fun and entertainment. Yet, outside the ring, it's easy to see that the young man has been through his own troubles, as the jovial nature seems to be a mask for a much more informed individual. Although Press is still the defacto leader of the team, Youth has learned how to voice his own opinion and stand his ground. He also tends to be the voice of reason, and the glue that holds the team together. Now, he's intent on reinvigorating their name among the masses, and putting some market value back on their careers.
Entrance Music: “Strangle Hold” by Ted Nugent
Entrance Description:
[The lights go dim as "Strangle Hold" by Ted Nugent begins to blare across the arena. Red strobelights flicker all around the building, and finally settle on the entry way where the silhouette of Flaming Youth can be seen standing in the curtain. These words can be seen clearly up on the four screens.]
YOUTH IS A MINDSET
MY FLAME IS ETERNAL
MY FLAME IS ETERNAL
[At the chorus of the song he bursts through the curtain, and spins around on the rampway, reaching out to the crowd who scream in adulation. He comes to a teetering stop facing the ring, a coy grin on his face, as he looks back at his massive partner, Press, who merely nods his approval. Youth then takes off into a sprint to the ring, sliding in under the bottom rope, and popping up with his hands over his head. Dashing over to the corner he bounds up to the second rope, and scans the crowd, talking jive as the fans soak it all up. With a short hop, he spins so that he’s now facing the ring, and takes a seat on the top rope to await his opponent while Press takes up a position on the outside near his corner.]
:: FIGHTING STYLE ::
Weapon of Choice: Steel Chair
Specialty Match: No disqualification/Hardcore
Strengths: Very fast, unpredictable while remaining technically sound, which is a feat in and of itself. Youth ‘s size and agility allow him quite a bit of options when it comes to maneuverability, and out maneuvering/countering his opponents.
Weaknesses: His greatest asset, is his greatest weakness. He’s as slippery as a fish when it comes to holding onto him, but once an opponent does get ahold of him, it only takes a few select impact moves to really turn things around. That isn’t to say the kid isn’t tough, but physics are physics.
Common Strategies: Youth is going to use his speed and technical prowess to his advantage. He’ll use his body as a weapon to deliver high impact aerial assaults, while using his wrestling knowledge to reverse, and grapple out of his opponents power moves. He is also a fan of frequent leverage pins as well.

[1] Standing Drop Kick
[2] Missile Drop Kick

:: PHYSICAL OVERVIEW ::
Ring Attire: Black singlet with yellow and red flames coming up from the legs to the midsection. On his bottom is “The Bombtrax” logo. He wears black wrestling boots with yellow kickpads with red trim that come up to the base of the singlet, and match up with the flames that rise up the attire.
Notable Physical Features: Youth has long stringy black hair that he usually has doused with water, and hangs over his head. As with most people, he looks smaller than he really is because he’s dwarfed by Press’ massive frame.
