TAPANGA BRITT versus TYLER KEENAN
"Vanity" by Christina Aguilera hits and Tapanga Britt, the A-Lister herself comes strutting out onto the stage, surrounded by a hoard of photographers, with the Ice Man in tow. He intimidates them to back away as they go, while camera flashes go off.
"From the Big Apple...she is Wrestling's SuperStarlet, Tapanga Britt!"
She hops up on the ring apron, dropping her fur coat as she does a seductive little dance for the cameras. Ryan helps her enter the ring and she gives him a very provocative kiss before playing to the crowd some more, showing off and soaking up the boo's, all the while Ryan is pacing the ring, trying to deter those who might come a little too close to his Bombshell.
Hate Me by Escape the Fate begins to rumble through the Xayarena. A spotlight shines down upon the middle of the stage. As the lead singer screams, Keenan walks out from behind the curtain with his hands firmly dug in the pockets of the black hoodie he is wearing, hood up to hide his hair. He walks out from behind the curtain and onto the stage, before he spins on his heels, throwing his head back to remove the hood. He immediately then rips his hands from his pockets and outstretches them as gold rain-like pyro rains down in front of him. After a few seconds, he spins back around and folds his arms, before screaming out with a smile on his face and walking down to the ring.
They stand across from each other as the bell rings. Ref calls for the opening match of Wicked 4 to begin. Ryan McCollum stands on the outside and starts banging his fists against the apron to get Tapanga hyped. Keenan and Britt lock horns to start the match off, a collar and elbow tie up that is easily won by the more muscular of the two. He backs her into the corner and the referee calls for a stop, so Keenan gracefully lets up and steps backwards. Tapanga wants to go at it again and as soon as they lock up, she’s backed into the corner once again. Ref gets involved so Keenan releases again, this time it’s followed by a hard slap from Tapanga. Tyler stumbles back from the force, grasping his chin. He looks at her with piercing eyes and grins. He lifts a hand up and tries to reply with a slap of his own but Tapanga ducks under the swing and unleashes a series of kicks to the knees and midsection. A startled Tyler tries to brace his body but the stiffness works against him as Britt grabs him by the neck and falls backwards, monkey flipping him across the ring.
Britt follows up quickly with a sliding dropkick to the head. She blows a kiss to Ryan and runs to the ropes, hitting them and coming back in fast with her trademark Socialite Splash! She hooks the leg.

Two
Tyler kicks out with purpose. Tappy reels back and once Tyler is to a knee, she runs in with a shining wizard attempt that he catches and rolls back with, taking hold of her with a clumsy single leg crab. She fights it but Tyler works on it, tightening the move into place to make sure maximum torque can be applied. Britt keeps trying to fight it although Keenan really starts to sit in on the hold. It doesn’t take long for her to reach the ropes though, forcing the break. McCollum continues pounding on the apron, cheering his girl on.
Keenan waits for her to get back to her feet before trying to strike again but Tapanga surprises him with her agile abilities, slipping out from whatever move he had planned and ducking behind him. She uses this time to leap up and lock her legs around his neck, bringing the man down with a reverse hurricanrana!
She goes for the cover again and Tyler kicks out with force. He grabs the back of her hair while she’s on top and starts driving knees up into the head of Tapanga. Tyler places a leg around her neck and starts to squeeze her head, moving the position to make it more of a choking manouvour. McCollum’s had enough and leaps up onto the apron and starts yelling at the referee to stop this. At the top of the ramp, Stevie Harris appears wearing one of the Stevie Harris shirts with the bullseye on his forehead that McCollum had worked up during the week. Harris slowly and casually walks down to the ring which draws McCollum to him, leading to the one on one show down just outside the ring.
It takes everything in the Irish standout not to throw down with the man he’s promised to hurt in the tournament finals which induces the biggest and most sadistic grin on Stevie’s face. He pulls a pair of brass knuckles from his pocket and tosses them casually into the ring towards Tyler. Ref intercepts them and pockets them while Keenan and Tapanga have begun firing off hard open palm slaps and elbows at one another. Inside the ring Ref is trying to keep focus on the match but he turns just in time to see Stevie Harris shove McCollum, setting off a wild brawl between the two at ringside. Yelling, Ref sticks his head out of the ropes to call for security. Tapanga uses this as a chance to kick Keenan right in the family jewels, stunning her opponent who leaped to avoid the attack but still caught most of it. He hops around and notices a girl in the front row leap the barricade in the commotion.
Lola tosses a pair of brass knucks to him and runs to the part of the ring closest to Tapanga Britt and leaps to the apron. Tapanga tries to attack but Lola jumps back to the floor, allowing just enough distraction for Tyler to come in from behind and smash her jaw with the Brass Element! He tosses them back out to Lola, who ducks under the ring. Ref’s still got his head outside of the ring and it’s not until 4Loco’s gotten a hold of McCollum outside that the fights settled.
(Note: Stevie aint messing with 4Loco)
Harris points into the ring and at that moment, McCollum, 4Loco and Ref all turn to see Keenan trying to pin Tapanga! Ref runs in with a sick baseball slide count.

THR---KICKOUT!
4Loco tells Stevie to leave and begins to follow up the ramp with McCollum, making sure the distance between the two is kept. Back in the ring Keenan can’t believe it and starts pleading with the ref, telling him he’d had her down for at least 10. As he’s complaining, Tapanga starts to pull herself up by the ropes. She’s groggy and barely holding herself up so Keenan grabs her head and shoves it between his legs, getting ready for the Déjà vu turnbuckle powerbomb. He lifts her up and runs towards the corner and just as they get there, Britt floats over the top and lands on her feet. Tyler hits the turnbuckle and catches an elbow to the back of his head. He stumbles back and into the Make-Ya-Famous, the reverse DDT like finishing move of Tapanga.
Both are down and the brass knuckle shot took so much out of Tapanga that they’re both having trouble getting up. Ref starts the ten count but once he’s made it to four they’ve started to stir. Britt’s to her feet a lot quicker and uses this advantage to run in with another shining wizard attempt. This time it’s ducked and she hits the ropes, getting a leg tangled up. She pulls it out and turns into a front lungblower. Keenan quickly follows it up by not allowing her to fall away and putting the body scissors on. He locks in the hammerlock at the same time to fully execute the Hollywood Vice! Within seconds Britt begins to tap and the match is over!
As Ref raises Keenans arm in victory, Lola slides out from her hiding place and into the ring. She leans over Tapanga and slaps her, yelling something in her face that we can’t quite hear. Lola turns and winks at Tyler, then raises his hand in victory. Tapanga tries to roll out of the ring but Lola spots her and grabs her by the hair, dragging her into the middle of the ring, pulling out the brass knuckles and tossing them to Keenan in the process. She brings Tappy to her feet and pins her arms back, yelling at Keenan to hit her. Tyler thinks about it as the crowd begins to boo this. He slowly slips them on and then reels his arm back as if he’s getting ready for the opening pitch. Keenan brings the fist in at full force but stops mere inches from her face, instead choosing to blow a kiss to the two ladies. He turns to leave the ring while Lola shouts at him to come back, tossing Tapanga to the ground to start screaming at him from the apron.
At the top of the ramp, Keenan nearly bumps into Stevie Harris who’s making his way out again, this time with a noose slung over his shoulder. They have an uneasy look at each other before Stevie starts towards the ring ready to finally use it on a PAW competitor. 4Loco is back! He runs down the ramp and grabs the rope that’s dangling from behind Harris and yanks it off him. Stevie turns ready to fight but gets one look at the menacing Mexican and instead backs down with a smile. 4Loco tells him to take his puta with him, so Stevie motions a head nod to Lola, who exits the ring as they head to the back.
WINNER: Tyler Keenan
A live feed of the Pure Amusement grounds shows Raike's Kissing Booth, the sign lit up in a rainbow pattern. Johnny Raike himself is out front of the booth, holding a megaphone and drumming up his business. The Thigh-High Thriller is dressed for the occasion, bright pink halter top contrasting well with his acid green boots and matching shorts.
Johnny Raike: “The time to hesitate is through, ladies and gentleman, listen to the words of Jim Morrison, step right up to the booth and let us light your fire! That's right, the kissing booth will be hosting it's star attraction, the American Wet Dream, me, for the next fifteen minutes. And this rare, ultra-limited chance for a bit of face time with yours truly should hardly be your only stop. Yes that's right, ladies and gentleman, boys and girls, children of all ages over eighteen- The staff of the Raike Kissing Booth are masters of their craft, able to satisfy any appetite.”
"Hungry" Jack Swanson: "Did someone say appetite?"
The competitive eater turned wrestler Jack Swanson enters the picture. He is practically licking his chops as the prospect of a snack. Raike forces down a double take, this being the first time he's seen Jack up close.
Johnny Raike: "That's right big fella. We have something for every taste."
"Hungry" Jack Swanson: "Chicken?"
Johnny Raike gives him a deadpan look.
"Hungry" Jack Swanson: "Tacos?"
Johnny Raike: "Not that kind..."
"Hungry" Jack Swanson: "Fish?"
Johnny Raike: "Again, not that kind. This is the kissing booth, I was using appetite more as a metaphor. See, you can get a bit of action of of my staff. Devon, Lydia, wave"
The two tattooed members of the Raike Kissing Staff booth wave to Jack, each giving him a coy look.
Johnny Raike: "Perhaps I should have said any desires? But hey, a kiss for good luck before facing down a giant, can't hurt. First one's on me, take your pick."
"Hungry" Jack Swanson: "So it's chocolate, why didn't you say so?"
It looks like Jack is a bit confused about what sort of kisses Raike is offering.
Johnny: "No, no Lydia is half Cherokee, more a cinnamon. I blame the lighting. Though I'll tell ya, what everyone really seems to bug me for is someone Chinese."
"Hungry" Jack Swanson: "Cinnamon? Chinese? I don't know what you are selling but I'll take one of everything."
Jack looks down as his stomach and can feel it rumbling.
"Hungry" Jack Swanson: "You better make that two."
The American Wet Dream opens his mouth to respond, but for once Johnny is speechless. He is saved for the moment by a customer at the booth, and after taking a crisp ten dollar bill lays a mostly chaste, but thorough kiss, on the women.
Johnny Raike: "Mmm, peppermint. I'm sorry, where were we? Something about wanting cinnamon Chinese? Not sure there is such a thing, to say nothing of two..."
Now Jack is getting frustrated.
"Hungry" Jack Swanson: "Do you know why they call me Hungry Jack? It's because I'm hungry! You lured me here with expectations of appetite quenching delights. Yet all you do is mention food. It's not wise to provoke me. So why don't you just give me anything edible that you have."
a look of sheer incredulity passes over Raike's face, struggle not to let fly with insults giving color to his cheeks.
Johnny Raike: "It's not that kind... We sell... Let me see what I have. Hey, Devon, you still got that package your ex sent you?"
Devon tosses a box to Johnny who catches it with both hands, then opens it to reveal what appears to be underwear.
Johnny Raike: "There. I think they're strawberry."
Jack reaches into the box and grabs the contents. He takes a bite.
"Hungry" Jack Swanson: "Not bad. What else ya got?"
A twitch of the eye seems to catch Johnny off guard, and when he first tries to answer, all that comes out are a few incoherent stutters. After a moment, Raike sighs and hangs his head.
Johnny Raike: "That was the last one, sorry. How about some turkey legs? They have fried, deep fried and double fried. I'll even treat, call it the sanity discount."
"Hungry" Jack Swanson: "Free food? There is no way I can refuse. I just have one question. What about the ladies?
Johnny's mouth falls open, not sure if he's been getting played this whole time or if Jack is exactly what he seems to be. This one would be tough to figure out.
Johnny: "You know Devon's not a- you know what, don't worry about it, they'll be there all night. But the turkey guy looks like he just took some out of the oil, let us go, let's...get some turkey. I think I need to sit down."
Our scene fades and Jack and Johnny head off to the turkey vendor, Johnny still shaking his head.
Luke Knux came to the ring a determined man after his series of losses, but no amount of determination could stop Jamie Wheeler. After a quick trip to The Wheelhouse, Luke Knux was left arguing with the ref, while Jamie Wheeler celebrated a victory.
Quarter Finals Match In The PAW Championship Tournament
FLAMING YOUTH versus ALEX CROSS
This match started out with a lot jaw jacking that ultimately led to fist-o-cuffs. Cross came on strong in the beginning of the contest, grounding his high flying opponent with a combination of well-placed strikes and grappling holds, but by the middle of the match Youth used his speed and quickness to take control of the contest.
Every time it seemed that Cross was going to turn the event around, Youth would use his innovative arsenal to counter it. After nearly twenty minutes of nonstop action, everyone thought the contest was over when Youth caught Cross with a super kick as he was coming off the second rope with a double axehandle.
Cross, however, was able to kick out of the maneuver, much to the chagrin of The BombTrax. Cross mounted a huge comeback from that point, hitting several of his signature moves, like the Cross Up and the Cross Out, but each time Youth somehow got the shoulder up at the last minute.
Determined to put the man away, Cross whipped Youth into the ropes, and upon rebounding nailed him with the Crossfire. Sure this was enough, he covered his man, only to be shocked when the shoulder miraculously scooted off the mat at the very last second. After some argument with the ref, Cross turned back to Youth who had barely made it back to his feet.
He moved in for the kill only to get caught out of nowhere in a desperation small-package. Unfortunately for Youth he didn’t have the strength to hold Cross down, and at the count of two Cross reversed it by rolling forward, pinning Youth’s shoulders to the mat for the 1,2,3.
WINNER: Alex Cross
PRESS versus "HUNGRY" JACK SWANSON
When Press and Jack Swanson locked up in the ring for the first time, it resembled two bulls fighting for supremacy. Both men traded shoulder tackles in the center of the ring for what seemed like forever, but neither man was willing to budge.
Finally, seeing an opportunity born of repetition, Press took the upper hand with a swift knee lift into Swanson’s midsection, knocking the air out of his opponent. From there it looked as if Press might just dominate the match over his inexperienced rival, dropping him with several hard shots from both fist and boot.
It wasn’t until the self-proclaimed big man of PAW took to the outside with Swanson that the former competitive eater found his opening. Press had set Swanson up against the steel steps, taking several paces back so as to get a running go. When he sailed ahead for his Sudden Stop, however, Swanson was able to slide out of the way, resulting in Press crotching himself right on the steel.
Swanson quickly took the advantage, tossing Press into the ring, and following him with a vicious ground and pound attack. At one point, Swanson even delivered a big splash, which had Press crying out in pain. After several big moves, showcasing the power that Hungry Jack brings to the ring, and several pin attempts, the large man found himself frustrated at not being able to put Press away.
Tossing his opponent into the far corner, Jack built up a head of steam, and came rushing across the ring for a big splash. This time it was Press turn to counter, and he brought both feet up to meet Jack’s face. As the big man stumbled back into the center of the ring, Press came charging in for his second attempt at the Sudden Stop. This time, however, he connected, thundering Jack down to the canvas with authority. Without fanfare he fell across Swanson, hooking the leg with everything he had, earning him the 1,2,3.
WINNER: Press
Quarter Finals Match In The PAW Championship Tournament
CROSS RECOBA versus 'ICEMAN' RYAN MCCOLLUM
Ryan McCollum had no words for Recoba, despite the Italians goading and taunting at the start of this match. Both men locked up and went through a beautiful series of wrestling holds, counters, and position changes before McCollum finally took control, nailing Cross out of nowhere with his finishing maneuver, Break Your Spirit.
Everyone thought the match was over, but somehow Cross Recoba’s shoulder shot out from under him before the ref’s hand hit the mat for the three, and the match continued. Cross, still dazed, was put through a series of painful maneuvers by an obviously agitated McCollum.
This agitation eventually cost the Irishman when he made an attempt at a pop-up powerbomb on Recoba, but instead was turned into a tornado DDT by the Italian. From there, Cross continued to shock Ryan, and the PAW faithful, by administering a clinic in technical wrestling, nailing maneuver after maneuver, ranging from a swinging neckbreaker to a saito suplex.
To Ryan’s credit, he still managed to somehow get his shoulders off the mat for every pin attempt, resulting in Recoba sending the man head first to the outside. He followed this with A Million Lira that wiped both competitors out.
Both men struggled to get back in the ring at about the same time, but Ryan was the first to his feet despite the punishment he had taken. He rushed in on Recoba, turning to his side at the last minute, and throwing his boot out for a superkick, which Recoba caught. With McCollum’s foot trapped in the air, Cross swept the other leg, knocking Ryan down onto his stomach, and as quick as that, locked in Garibaldi's Guillotine.
Ryan writhed upon the mat for what seemed like forever, clawing and groping for the ropes with everything he had. Just as it appeared that he might actually reach it, Recoba stood up, dragging him back to the center, only to drop down and lock the hold back in even tighter. In a final gust of strength, McCollum tried to power out of the hold, but to no avail. His hand reached for the mat and tapped, leaving Recoba the winner.
We cut backstage to see Stevie Harris and Lola. Harris is locking up a large dog cage not so un-similar to the one we saw Unreal going into a few weeks back. Lola throws a large green tarp over the top of it, preventing the world from freely seeing its contents.
Lola: Stevie… Won’t people get suspicious?
Stevie: And we’ll be prime suspects. That’ll be our alibi, no one will believe we’re stupid enough to do this when the cops or that damn wall jumping security guard will look to us first. Hide some clues in The BombTrax’s car during the week, a strand of hair in Cross Recoba’s gym bag and all of a sudden there’s too many variables that don’t add up. She’ll become yet another cold case.
The tarp moves a little as a muffled sound can be heard. Lola grabs a stick, lifts the tarp up partially and jabs it a few times.
Lola: I’m going to throw rats on this whore when we get home.
Stevie places a delicate kiss on Lola's forehead and her face beams with a level of joy unseen on Pure Amusement Wrestling.
Stevie: Stay, make sure no one pokes their nose in our business. I've got Raike to deal with... I'm going to have to do things I haven't done in years to beat this boy but I feel it now. The doubt is clearing and the rain is coming to wash us clean of our sins. I'm feeling it now more than ever.
Main Event
Quarter Finals Match In The PAW Championship Tournament
STEVIE HARRIS versus JOHNNY RAIKE
The much anticipated Main Event of the evening started out with a handshake by both competitors in the ring, which led straight into a battle of fists. Both men exchanged right hands in the center of the ring, and with the crowd completely in the palm of their hand, they ended the contest by knocking each other to the outside.
From there the match took a turn to the brutal, with both men fighting with such gumption that it didn’t appear that either one would give an inch. The See-Saw battle continued even once back in the ring, and first blood was spilled when Johnny Raike nailed Stevie Harris with the Pleasure Seeker.
The gasps from the crowd were electric when Stevie Harris somehow managed to get his shoulder up from the pin attempt that followed. Raike, not to be detoured, continued his assault on Harris, hitting him with a Double Underhook Backbreaker followed by a Baby Ace Crusher. Stevie Harris, however, would not stay down.
Raike had Stevie on the outside once again, and just when it looked like he had nothing left to give, he stole out of the way of a superkick that connected Johnny Raike’s knee with the ring post. Stevie Harris, almost like a man possessed, took full advantage of the injury, tossing Raike back into the ring, and then pulling him into the ring post from the inside, and driving his leg repeatedly into the steel.
From there, Stevie Harris entered the ring behind Raike, who was barely able to put pressure on the knee, using the ropes to keep his balance. As he stumbled back towards Harris, the wily competitor locked on his Stranglehold Sleeper, leaving Raike to reach out to no avail to the ropes. Just as it appeared that Johnny was going to succumb to the hold, he reached up and got a fist full of hair, and sat straight down into a modified jawbreaker that sent Harris backwards, and right through the ropes to the concrete floor.
Finding a second wind, Raike took to the skies with a springboard from the ring to the outside to crash down on Harris who was just regaining his feet. Both men struggled after that to make it back into the ring, Raike’s knee still obviously bothering him from the earlier damage. By the time A-Ref reached 9, both had slid in and were making their way back to their feet. Raike’s head was down when Harris took the opportunity to rush over, hook him around the midsection, and deliver a devastating Feast of Crows right by the ropes.
Harris went for the immediate cover, and at the count of 3, Johnny Raike managed to place his left leg on the bottom rope, causing A-Ref to stop his hand from striking the mat. Harris, realizing his poor ring positioning, jerked Raike out to the center of the ring, and made another pin attempt. This time, Johnny was able to kick out at three, sending Harris into a tirade.
Realizing that he had to do something drastic, Harris jerked Raike back up to his feet, placed his head between his legs, and delivered another devastating Feast of Crows. Both men, beaten and battered, lay there for a minute before Harris finally draped an arm over Raike. The ref’s hand came down twice, but on the third, once again Raike’s shoulder somehow managed to come off the mat.
Harris came unglued, wild eyed and deranged. He called for his noose, to which Lola readily produced to him, but A-Ref cut him off at the pass in admonishment. Finally, ripping at his hair, he turned his attention back to Johnny Raike, who was just now trying to make it up to one knee. Almost as if possessed, Harris stalked back over to Raike, tucked the head, and delivered a third Feast of Crows.
This time, he wasted no time going for the cover, hooking both legs, and locking his hands behind for good measure. A-Ref’s hand finally came down for the three count, and Stevie Harris was announced the winner.
WINNER: Stevie Harris
What happened after this match, however, is the reason why you won’t be seeing any DVD’s of WICKED#4. The only thing that can be related is that the Noose did come into play, and Johnny Raike did sustain significant injuries after already performing in what will probably be billed as a match of the year candidate. Pure Amusement Wrestling does not condone, or agree with the actions that were taken by one Stevie Harris, and until further notice, all copies of WICKED#4 will be withheld due to legality concerns. We express our deepest sympathies to the fans of Pure Amusement, and we Thank You.
