[Character In-Ring Information]
Ring Name: Roy BakerNicknames: "Prince" (prefix)
Height: 6 ft 2 in (1.88 m)
Weight: 205 lbs (93 kg)
Alignment: Neutral
Character Biography: Growing up in the rougher parts of West Hollywood, Roy was never used to instant success or social acceptance. In fact, for most of his life he considered himself a social outcast. As he grew up, he quickly aligned himself with others of his kind. Becoming prominently known as the alternative kid with a punk look to him, Baker quickly found interest in fighting sports early on. He asked to be signed up for various fighting sports, but his father never allowed him. Instead, Roy would sneak out at night and try to find joints, clubs and bars to brawl in whenever the occasion arrived. That was until he became financially involved and signed up with a wrestling school at age 16, training for 2 years before graduating the wrestling school and dropping out of school. He became a prominent face in many different no-name promotions before signing with a televised roster, Pure Amusement Wrestling.
Career History: For most of his career, Roy has been very successful with only 8 losses on his record compared to his 43 victories. 6 of his bouts have gone to no-contest. His career started off sloppy with 2 losses in a row via quick moves. After 2 no-contests in a row, Baker adapted a much more aggressive style in the ring primarily focusing on various ligaments instead of focusing on flashy moves.
Gimmick: A social outcast outside the ring that prefers to have a smoke outside the arena rather than watch the current event on the monitors. In-ring he's extremely focused and rarely lets the crowd get to him, mostly ignoring any reaction or chant by the audience. He comes across as very bitter, but has a kind heart in him somewhere. We're still looking for it, but it's probably there.
Entrance Music: 'Break Me' {by Six Side Die}
Entrance Description: Melodic guitar plays over the audio system calmly as it transitions into a much more aggressive pace. Roy Baker moves past the curtain right on cue with the music, very loosely walking down the ramp bobbing his head to the beat. He is focused on the ring and his entrance theme with a very cold look in his eye. Upon reaching it, he jumps on the apron and grabs the middle rope as he leans back. He slides under the bottom rope into the ring and quickly transitions to kneeling on one knee, holding his fists together to the camera. Roy snaps his arms back and quickly gets to his feet as he chills in the corner for the match to start.
[Moveset/Arsenal]
